To provide the best service and accommodate all clients fairly, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policies:
Cancellations & Rescheduling (6+ Hours Notice) – No penalty. We appreciate advance notice to adjust our schedule.
Cancellations Within 6 Hours of Appointment – A 50% charge of the scheduled service applies.
Cancellations Within 2 Hours of Appointment – A 100% charge of the scheduled service applies.
No-Call, No-Show – Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. Additionally, full prepayment will be required for your next appointment.
Professional Conduct Policy – This is a professional massage service. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session with a 100% charge.
Gratuity is not expected – Our pricing reflects the full value of our service. If you enjoyed your experience, the best way to show appreciation is by referring us to others.
