At Charm Massage & Bodywork, we prioritize professionalism, safety, and personalized service. To ensure a smooth and secure booking experience, please review our booking policies below:
By Appointment Only – All sessions are booked in advance to ensure availability. Same day appointments are not guaranteed. Please refer to booking website for availability.
Submit a Massage Request Online – Appointments can be booked via our booking website (for current clients) or if you’re a prospective client, by filling out our mobile massage intake form. Once received, we will review your request and contact you with booking instructions.
Valid Card on File Required – A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. Payment will be accepted after the session via cash, Zelle, CashApp, and AppleCash.
Referral-Only Business – We primarily serve clients referred by trusted current or past clients.
New Clients Accepted at Therapist’s Discretion – If you are not referred by a trusted client, bookings are accepted at our discretion and may require valid photo ID on file for security and verification purposes.
Pricing is based on a 20-mile service radius – Appointments outside this radius (33330) will incur an additional travel fee. Any applicable fees will be communicated after your massage request is submitted and before your appointment is confirmed.
Professional Conduct Policy – This is a professional massage service. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session with a 100% charge.
Gratuity is not expected – Our pricing reflects the full value of our service. If you enjoyed your experience, the best way to show appreciation is by referring us to others.
