• By Appointment Only – All sessions are booked in advance to ensure availability. Same day appointments are not guaranteed. Please refer to booking website for availability.

• Submit a Massage Request Online – Appointments can be booked via our booking website (for current clients) or if you’re a prospective client, by filling out our mobile massage intake form. Once received, we will review your request and contact you with booking instructions.

• Valid Card on File Required – A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. Payment will be accepted after the session via cash, Zelle, CashApp, and AppleCash.

• Referral-Only Business – We primarily serve clients referred by trusted current or past clients.

• New Clients Accepted at Therapist’s Discretion – If you are not referred by a trusted client, bookings are accepted at our discretion and may require valid photo ID on file for security and verification purposes.

• Pricing is based on a 20-mile service radius – Appointments outside this radius (33330) will incur an additional travel fee. Any applicable fees will be communicated after your massage request is submitted and before your appointment is confirmed.

• Professional Conduct Policy – This is a professional massage service. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session with a 100% charge.

• Gratuity is not expected – Our pricing reflects the full value of our service. If you enjoyed your experience, the best way to show appreciation is by referring us to others.
